Registration fee includes;
access to the scientific sessions, the industry exhibits and the congress documents (Programme Book, Certificate of Attendance, Congress Bag and Badge, Congress book ( Journal Supplement ), for those participants who will stay in the hotels shown in the congress online system. 

Official 18% VAT is not included.

Outside Participant Fee (Registration fee is not included)

Outside participants fee (Per Person) 350 EURO

The outside participant fee includes; entrance to the congress venue, daily coffee breaks, lunch box ( lunch box will be served at the congress center ), opening cocktail and farewell dinner. Official VAT 18% is not included.

Outside participants fee is mandatory for those participants who are not staying in the congress hotels shown in the system. Once a participant enters one of the all inclusive concept hotels, there is no control over the services included in this concept. Therefore this fee must be paid at the enterance of the hotel in order avoid inconveniences.

Accommodation package fee includes; 3 nights (March 21-22-23, 2013) accommodation package in *all inclusive concept, welcome cocktail, farewell dinner and coffee breaks during the conference.

  • Premium transfer service from Antalya Airport to the congress hotels shown on the web site and vice versa will be providedfor the congress participants upon request.
  • The Congress Hotels are located 40 kilometers far away form the Antalya airport and it takes 45 minutes by car.
  • One way transfer fee is 65 EURO + %18 VAT per person. Reservations can be done through the online registration system, please visit accommodation and registration page.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 70% of payment will be refunded for cancellations submitted before December 20, 2012
  • 30% of payment will be refunded for cancellations submitted before February 22, 2013
  • No refund will be made for the cancellations submitted on or after February 22, 2013
  • All cancellation requests should be done in writing
